Multicultural family talents can have a negative impact on academics and life, such as cultural clashes with other students, low self-confidence, loss of self-esteem, and selfdepression (Hye-Sook Kim, 2009). At present, the reality of the selection and education of talented children in multicultural families in Korea is not contrary to the proposals of such research and scholars. We conducted a questionnaire survey on multicultural education and genius education for teachers in Russia and the Republic of Korea who experienced this rapid multicultural society, and compared them. After three months of research on about 100 teachers, first of all, teachers in the Republic of Korea were found to have relatively low levels of awareness related to multicultural acceptance compared to multicultural understanding. The Second, for multicultural students, teacher attitudes were analyzed as having relatively low expectations for student learning results. Third, from the comparison of teachers' perceptions for genius education, we made a self-assessment at a lower level than Russian teachers.
