(Korean Abstract) |
LoRaWAN의 Class B는 게이트웨이에서 비콘 통신 주기 동안에 Ping Slot을 할당하여 단말 장치가 활성화하는 방법으로 통신을 한다. 이때 단말 장치가 할당된 시간에 수신 모드로 전환된다. 하지만 전송할 데이터가 없을 경우에 수신 모드로 전환된 단말 장치는 무의미한 시간과 에너지를 소비하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Ping Slot으로 인해 수신 모드로 전환된 단말 장치가 깨어나는 시간에서부터 일정 시간이 지나게 되면 비콘 주기를 임의로 1/2(64초)로 나누어 맵핑된 스케줄링을 이용하여 다음 단말 장치가 그 시간에 데이터를 보낼 수 있도록 하는 스케줄링 기법을 제안한다. |

(English Abstract) |
A Class B of LoRaWAN communicates by activating a device by allocating a ping slot during a beacon communication period at the gateway. At this time, the device switches to the reception mode at the allocated time. However, when there is no data to be transmitted, the device switched to the reception mode consumes meaningless time and energy. Therefore, this paper proposes a scheduling technique that allows the next device to send a message at that time by arbitrarily dividing the beacons period by 1/2 (64 seconds) from the time when the device is switched into receiving mode due to Ping Slot. |
