(English Abstract)
This paper discusses the problem of processing map tasks when the time availability is given to the node of the Hadoop cluster. When the available time of the node expires, an uncompleted task needs to be restarted at the other node, which leads to performance degradation. Our approach is to estimate an execution time of map task and re-schedules a remaining task only. To do this, this paper presents a noble load balancing scheme which includes early splitting of map task and preemptive scheduling of the new task. As this scheme balances workloads of processing nodes even when the availability of nodes is changed, it can provide efficient execution of the task when the time-availability is given to each node.
