(English Abstract)
Beyond the computer information processing centered knowledge and information society, we are facing the fourth industrial revolution era. In the 4th Industrial Revolution Society, it is necessary to find out important information among the vast amount of information, logically connect it, and create new added value through fusion. Therefore, the talents needed in this era can be considered as creative talents that can realize fusion thinking based on algorithmic thinking ability. In order to raise such talent, coding education is being conducted all over the world, and Korea also implements software education from elementary school through 2015 revision curriculum. Therefore, the researcher has developed a software education board game which can develop algorithmic thinking ability. As a result of verifying the effectiveness, 'Robot Making' board game was effective in improving algorithmic thinking ability of students. In the future, we will generalize the results of the research through software education using this board game to more students.
