The one of biggest problems for small and medium-sized companies that manufacture and sell a manufacturing facility is the expenses incurred by unnecessary after-sales service requests. For the cost reduction, these companies want to check a condition of the manufacturing facility from a remote area and see whether the facility needs maintenance or not. For this, in this paper, we introduce warning message transmission service to inform a field worker of abnormal conditions of a manufacturing facility for efficient maintenance.
