Virtual Training is a training that implements the environment or situation necessary for training for the purpose of specific training, and proceeds like a real situation. In this study, we propose a methodology to plan a scenario to develop a more realistic 4D experience virtual training system by designing a disaster response 3D screen using HMD (Head Mounted Display) which is a 3D display system and using treadmill. In order to plan scenarios that are closer to actual situations, we propose an intelligent disaster response virtual training system that analyzes the behavior cases of customers who have experienced the training system based on the existing manual and reflects them in the scenario. For this purpose, empirical data on evacuation behavior characteristics by age group are acquired and analyzed. This result is reflected in the scenario setting, and suggests ways to enhance the training effect on the physical weak group.
