(Korean Abstract) |
본 연구는 신뢰성 향상 기반의 풍압센서 자동검사 시스템을 구현하기 위한 연구이다. 신뢰성향상을 위해 수동검사 시스템에서 자동검사 시스템으로 풍압세서 검사의 오류를 최소화한다. 풍압센서 자동검사 시스템은 제어시스템과 모니터링시스템으로 구성되어 되어 실시간으로 검사결과를 제공한다. 검사시스템의 신뢰성은 Gage R&R 분석기법을 적용하여 평가한다, 평가결과는 검사속도 2배 이상, 측정오차 ±0.02V, 판정 능력의 유효성 15%, 누락확률 17%, 허위경보확률 12% 등으로 향상되었다. 따라서 풍압센서 자동검사 시스템은 제품 바코드와 연동시켜 데이터베이스화하면 효율적인 신뢰성 향상의 품질관리시스템으로 발전시킬 수 있다.

(English Abstract) |
This research describes system implementation for automatic inspection on wind pressure sensor production based on reliability improvement. The reliability is minimized by the automatic inspection system on the wind pressure sensor against the manual system. The system consists of the control system and monitoring system to be scanning the inspection processing. The inspection system for reliability is evaluated in Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility. The experimental results are improved about 2 times speed, measured error ±0.02V, effectiveness 15%, missing probability 17% and false alarm 12% respectively. The system will be also improved by database and the product barcodes for the total quality control system based on the effective reliability in the future.
