(Korean Abstract) |
본 연구는 성인지적 관점을 기반으로 여성장애인의 디지털 정보격차의 논의를 남성장애인과 비교하여 정보화교육지원의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 첫째, 최근 과학기술정보통신부가 조사한 2018년도 ‘디지털정보격차 실태조사’를 활용하여 남성장애인과 여성장애인의 디지털정보격차의 현황을 파악하고, 둘째, 여성장애인 정보화격차 해소를 위한 법적 근거로서, 여성장애인을 위한 정보화 교육지원 관련법을 고찰하고자 한다. 마지막으로 여성장애인이 이용할 수 있는 정보화교육지원 현황을 통해 앞으로 전개되어야 할 성인지적관점의 여성장애인 정보화교육 지원 방안을 제시하고자 한다. |
영문내용
(English Abstract) |
This study attempts to present the need for informatization education support by discussing digital information differences of Women with disabilities in comparison with Men with Disabilities based on a gender sensitive perspective. For this, it first used the ‘Digital Information Difference Survey’ of 2018 conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT to figure out current digital information differences between disabled females and disabled males and second, it attempted to examine laws related to informatization education support for disabled females as legal grounds for the information difference relief of disable females. Lastly, it attempted to present informatization education support plans for disabled females from a gender sensitive perspective, which must be developed through informatization education support conditions that can be used by Women with disabilities. |
