Leveraging clinical data mining, one of the ultimate goals of a smart city is to provide citizens with innovative healthcare facilities. The advances in artificial intelligence help in achieving this goal as neural network models show their tremendous success in classifying diseases and recommending treatments to patients. However, it becomes challenging for the traditional centralized network to collect a rich amount of sensitive clinical data in one place for implementing a well-generalized model. Thus, we proposed a federated clinical decision support system with an attentive aggregation mechanism that can be a great assistant for healthcare professionals while keeping private clinical data on personal devices. |
