(Korean Abstract) |
키오스크 사용이 대중화되고 코로나19로 인한 ‘언택트 사회’가 보편화되면서 무인주문단말기인 키오스크를 도입하는 곳이 많아지고 있다. 하지만 디지털 취약계층은 사용 경험 부족 및 복잡한 기능, 인터페이스 등을 이유로 키오스크 사용에 어려움을 겪고 있다.
본 논문에서는 디지털 취약계층과 관련된 디자인 설계 요소와 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 태블릿 기반 키오스크 를 제작하여 디지털 취약계층의 키오스크 이용에 대한 부담을 줄이고 키오스크 접근성을 높이고자 한다. 동시에 디지털 소외 문제를 해결하고 디지털 격차를 좁히는 것을 목표로 한다.

(English Abstract) |
As the use of kiosks has become popular and the “Untact socity” has become more common due to Corona 19, more and more places are introducing Kiosk, and unmanned order system. However, the digital vulnerable are having difficulty using kiosks due to lack of experience, complex functions and interfaces.
In this paper, based on the design elements and research results related to the digital vulnerable, by producing tablet-based kiosks, we are trying to reduce the burden of using kiosks for the digital vulnerable and increase the accessibility of kiosks. At th same time, the goal is to solve digital alienation problems and narrow the digital gap.
