의료분야에서 4차 산업혁 명의 이슈로 의료데이터를 안전하게 보관하고，필요한 경우 활용이 가능한 시스템을 갖추는 것에 많은 관심을 가지고 있고 본 논문에서는 환자중심의 의료데이터 관리를 위해 개인의 예민한 정보를 관리하면서 프라이버시 보호를 위해 데이터의 무결성을 보장하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 환자 중심 의료데이터관리를 위해 컨소시엄 블록체인을 활용해 무결성을 보장한다. 또한，MSP (Membership Service Provider)을 이용해 권한 있는 자만 컨소시엄 블록체인에 들어 갈 수가 있다. |

(English Abstract) |
In this paper, we are interested in safely storing medical data as an issue of the fourth industrial revolution in the medical field and having a system that can be utilized if necessary, and we intend to ensure the integrity of data for privacy protection while managing sensitive information of individuals for patient-centered medical data management. In this paper, integrity is guaranteed by utilizing consortium blockchain for patient-centered medical data management. In addition, the membership of the Membership Service Provider (MSP) can be used to enter the consortium blockchain. |
