Disease Information Reflection Availability Management Technique of Identification Using Multiple Bio-Signals Woo-Young Kim, Dae-Woo Hyung, Tae-Hwa Han, Eunjeong Park As the digitalization of information is rapidly progressing, biometrics, a highly secure personal authentication method, is widely used in various fields such as medical care and the IoT(Internetof Things). The authentication error criteria used to compare the acceptance and rejection accuracy of biometrics are FAR(False Acceptance Rate) and FRR(False Rejection Rate). However, FAR and FRR may be affected by diseases and various external causes, and normal authentication of biometrics may fail. In this paper, we propose a biometric management technique that can be used by reflecting disease information. The Biometric Database is updated by linking diseases that may affect normal authentication of biometrics with personal health record servers such as PHR (Personal Health Record). It is expected that this system will increase the availability and utilization of biometrics in various fields such as medical care and identification.
