As the social conditions improve, life expectancy increases and interest in quality of life and lifespan is increasing, and interest in prevention and health care of diseases is increasing. In this paper, we have developed a system to provide users personalized healthcare contents according to PHR information of each user. Users can perform personal health care, such as diet and exercise. The proposed system is available in the web and app. It performs web crawling in order to gather various healthcare contents to provide users proper healthcare information according to the user's health condition. It can also provide atmospheric environment and weather information. The feedback information of each user can be reflected in the recommendation system, thereby providing high quality information satisfying by user.
