Recently, a variety of open hardware platforms such as arduino and raspberry pi are available for non-experts to easily implement desired functions. Digital multimeter and oscilloscope are indispensable instruments for measuring circuits in the process of implementing electronic circuits, but they are bulky and expensive, so it’s a burned on the individual to buy. In this study, a digital multimeter and an oscilloscope are integrated into one for easy use in a beginner or an education field. For this purpose, the measurement value and the measured waveform can be displayed on a smartphone using bluetooth communication.
