근래, 초고령사회 진입은 요양병원과 실버케어 산업의 발달을 촉진시키는 계기가 되었다. 의료기관에서 특별 관리 대상이 되는 와상환자, 고령자, 치매 환자들은 대소변을 스스로 처리할 수 없어 보호자나 간병인의 도움이 필요하다. 특히 대변에는 독성물질이 포함되어 있어 습진이나 피부염, 두드러기의 발병 요인이 되므로 기저귀의 교체는 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 병원에서의 다양한 고령자의 분뇨 상황에 따른 기저귀 사용법을 기반으로 대소변 감지기의 설계를 제안하였다 |

(English Abstract) |
In recent years, the entry of aged society has led to the development of nursing hospitals and the silver care industry. Patients with bedridden patients, elderly people, and dementia who are subject to special care at a medical institution can not handle the feces themselves and need the help of a guardian or caregiver. In particular, toxic substances are contained in the stools, which can cause eczema, dermatitis and urticaria, so it is important to replace diapers. In this paper, we propose the design of a feces detector based on diaper usage according to the manure situation of the elderly in hospital. |
