(Korean Abstract) |
본 논문에서는 화재 예방, 소방시설 설치·유지 및 안전관리에 관한 법률에 의거하여 소방 법률의 위반사항 중 하나인 방화구획 내 불법 장애물 적재를 방지하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 카메라를 통해 획득한 영상을 이용하여 자동으로 방화구획 내의 객체들을 인식하고, 그 객체가 장애물로 판단되는 경우 관리자에게 알림으로써 불법 장애물 적재를 방지한다. 다양한 조건으로 평가해본 결과 성공적으로 방화구획을 구분하고 불법 장애물 적재를 감지하였다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 화재 예방에 도움이 될 것이며, 화재 발생 시에는 피해를 최소화 하는데 도움이 될 것이다. |

(English Abstract) |
In this paper, we propose a system to prevent the loading of illegal obstacles in the fire compartment, which is one of the violations of the Fire Service Act based on the law on fire prevention, installation and maintenance of fire fighting facilities, and safety management. The proposed system automatically recognizes the objects in the fire compartment using the images acquired by the camera, and prevents the loading of illegal obstacles by notifying the manager when the objects are determined to be obstacles. According to the evaluation under various conditions, the fire compartment and illegal loading of obstacles was detected successfully. Therefore, the proposed system will help to prevent fire and minimize the damage in case of fire. |
