(English Abstract)
As the threat of uncontrolled drones that is flying over city centers, official buildings, and restricted airspace is growing, needs for tracking and localization of them are increasing significantly. In order to track the non-rigid moving objects in video sequences, it would be effective to evaluate the similarity of color histograms. Spatiogram that extends color histogram with spatial information is one of popular algorithms and the validity of spatiogram using particle filters is proved. This paper analyses performance of the spatiogram algorithm using particle filters and finds appropriate a control parameter set to track a drone that has small size and large disparity in video sequences. Experimental results show effective control parameter sets in terms of accuracy and robustness.
