This paper proposed the method to improve the performance of video stabilization by clustering undesired motion from background and foreground features before smoothing the trajectory. Our algorithm measures the direction of features and estimate by directional statistics and K-mean to find out the global motion and motion of moving object. The video stabilization process contains four steps: extract the feature motion, clustering motion, smoothing undesired motion and warping the new smoothing images. The experimental show the effectiveness of our proposed method.
