In this paper, we propose an authentication protocol for access management system for management of public facilities. In the proposed protocol, the message is encrypted through the RSA encryption algorithm based on the public key system and is transmitted. Also, the pairing is performed through the Bluetooth communication between the user's mobile device and the door-lock device and sending / receiving messages between the mobile device and the authentication server is operated via a wireless communication or a mobile network
