Remanufacturing industry is important not only from the environmental protection perspective but also from the economic perspective. Whether the industry on the whole succeeds or not depends on confidence in products and price competitiveness. An image processing system is used so as to improve confidence in products and reduce labor costs in the product manufacturing process. In order to regenerate a drum unit, there is a pre-processing stage, stage of deciding whether to recycle it, and the drum is regenerated, and then impurities and defects difficult to identify with the naked eye are detected by using histogram just before shipping
