ÀϹÝÀûÀÎ wilkinson power divider ¿Í 90¡Æ hybrid coupler¸¦ °áÇÕÇÏ¿© Á¦À۽à 10% ¹Ì¸¸ÀÇ ´ë¿ªÆ¯¼ºÀ» °®´Â´Ù. º» ³í¹®¿¡¼­´Â ´ë¿ªÆøÀÌ 33%ÀÎ 2 section power divider ¿Í 15%ÀÎ external matching 90¡Æ hybrid coupler ¼¼ °³¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© six-port À§»ó »ó°ü±â¸¦ ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌ¼Ç ÈÄ Á¦ÀÛÇÏ¿´´Ù. ADS¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ ½Ã¹Ä·¹ÀÌ¼Ç °á°ú Á᫐ ÁÖÆļö 2.5GHz¿¡¼­ RF port, LO port ¸ðµÎ 15%ÀÇ ´ë¿ªÆøÀ» ¾òÀ» ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. (English Abstract)
The generally six-port phase correlator is comprised of a wilkinson power divider and three 90¡Æ hybrid coupler, got bandwidth performance of less than 10%. in this paper, the six-port phase correlator using two section power divider has 33% bandwidth and external matching hybrid coupler has 15% bandwidth was designed with the center frequency of 2.5GHz. Analysis of the simulation result indicates that RF port and LO port got frequency bandwidth of 13%. Insert loss performance of fabricated six-port phase correlator is incremented, but bandwidth resembles simulation result. And phase tolerance within bandwidth is less than 5¡Æ
