ECG, PTT ¹× SpO2¿Í °°Àº »ýü½ÅÈ£¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ½Ç½Ã°£À¸·Î Ç÷¾ÐÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ°í, IPv4/IPv6ÇÁ·ÎÅäÄÝÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÀÎÅͳݿ¡ Á¢¼ÓÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ½Ã½ºÅÛÀ» ¼³°èÇÏ°í ±¸ÇöÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¾Æ¿ï·¯ ÀÓ»ó ½ÇÇèÀ» ÅëÇØ ½Ç½Ã°£ ȯ°æ¿¡¼­ ¼öÃà±â Ç÷¾Ð°ú À̿ϱâ Ç÷¾ÐÀ» °è»êÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ¸ðµ¨À» Á¦½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. (English Abstract)
Blood pressure may be measured using physiological signals, such as ECG, PTT, and SpO2. In this study, we designed and implemented a portable real-time blood pressure measuring system, which can access the Internet simultaneously using the IPv4 / IPv6 protocol. In addition, we presented a model for the calculation of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in a real-time environment. Through clinical experiments on 28 subjects, the blood pressure measuring system was shown to satisfy the requirements of Grade B level of the BHS (British Hypertension Society) certification.
