(English Abstract)
A major concern in DNA microarray data analysis is how we select a certain number of genes which are responsible for target (for example a type of disease). Clearly, an appropriate gene selection may lead to satisfactory classification performance. In this paper we consider various gene selection methods and compare them in terms of correct percentage of classification.
