(English Abstract)
In this paper, an improved Hough transform is proposed to improve the performance of Hough transform using systematic sampling method. Systematic sampling method is one of statical sampling methods which extracts samples in a population at regular intervals. The extracted samples from an image through this method which have a characteristic of high correlation to one another. Therefore, we could improve the performance of Hough transform with the extracted small amount of features in the image through a low and stable extraction rate. The proposed method was compared and evaluated on processing time and line extraction in each of experimental images with previous methods, and an extremely meaningful result was obtained.
