¿µ¹®³»¿ë (English Abstract) |
The concepts of functional decomposition and selective functionality for the high speed transport protocol have been proposed, along these lines, by implementing a Protocol Machine Configurator (PMC) that can configure protocol machine to be adaptive according to the given envrionments, we propose an adaptive protocol configuration model. For efficiency and flexibility, the operation in this PMC is divided into steps of Protocol Function (PF) selection and mechanism selection. In sach step, PFs and mechanisms are selected by considering communication environment and Quality of Service(QoS) parameters such as real-time processing requirement and Error Tolerance Level (ETL) per each media type. By dividing the configuration of protocol machine in steps, PMC can determine definitely which PFs to be selected and determine flexibly which mechanism in each PF to be selected. In order to test the operation of PMC, DCS(Desktop Conference System) is used as application.
