최근 물류산업에서는 라스트마일을 관리하는 것이 전략적으로 가장 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이는 수익성 제고 뿐만 아니라 라스트마일에 담긴 고객의 정보를 활용한 전략적 우위를 확보할 수 있다는 점에서도 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 라스트마일에서 경쟁하고 있는 국내외 물류관련 기업들의 빅데이터 활용사례를 분석하여 향후 발전방향과 시사점에 대해 논의해보고자 한다. |

(English Abstract) |
In the logistics industry, managing last mile has become the most strategically important issue. This is important not only for improving profitability but also for securing a strategic advantage using the customer information of last mile. This study investigates big data use cases of domestic and overseas logistics companies which have competing in last mile. This study discuss future development direction and implications for last mile industry. |
