In this paper, we design a mobile application for emergency notification of the citizens that responds an occurring or pending emergency. In addition, the citizens in smart city play a role in providing emergency information using our application. Therefore, the authorities can rapidly and efficiently handle issues. Moreover, we propose the architecture, components of the system and discuss the results achieved by using our application. |
