To understand the user's query and find the suitable answer in the QA(Question & Answering) system, it is necessary to construct and utilize the vocabulary knowledge. Especially, in the case of vocabulary belonging to the concept word, it can be very useful for understanding the meaning of the conceptual word and finding right answer through the actual words mapping to conceptual word as the instance. To construct knowledge base for Korean QA system, we propose the knowledge base construction guideline, procedures, and considerations for 580,000 vocabularies and 390,000 Korean Wikipedia. In this study, 2,399 vocabularies are linked to 88,749 Wikipedia in 155,952 connections.
