(English Abstract)
As the recent soaring cyber threats to nuclear facilities becoming big issues in the world and from this reasons regulatory requirements are one of the method to prevent cyber attacks on nuclear facilities ensuring licensee¡¯s to adjust the cyber security systems safe operation. In this regard, the International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA) defines a security system, safety system and nuclear material accountancy management system at nuclear facility as a target of cyber security features. Among those systems, the systems that perform security functions considers critical attacks on nuclear facilities when exposed to cyber attacks. However, Security systems are hard to lead a radiation impacts reason and most cyber security research are focus on the control systems. This paper investigated the cyber threat to demonstrate the possible risks generated by the target of an attack on a security system of the actual security systems, and analyzed the adverse effects caused thereby.
