(English Abstract)
Designing new academic research information services first it is necessary to determine the criteria that need to evaluate these services. The current evaluation criteria are general or focusing on a subset of information system, that affects the performance of these systems. Specific evaluation criteria for Academic Research Information Services have not been developed or widely published yet. In this paper, we design an evaluation criteria framework specific to academic research information services. The proposed framework verified by evaluating the services of Thompson Researcher-ID (RID) as case study. The evaluation criteria would be used to evaluate the academic research information services from various aspects, which will surely increases the speed and accuracy of a range of tasks carried out by various users of the services.
