(English Abstract)
 The Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) system gave the opportunity to offer everchanging virtual environments for improving training and decision?making. In order to improve adaptation to the dynamic complex virtual environment, the major framework of IVA system based on active learning and local apperceive interaction was presented. The active learning, using knowledge acquisition and knowledge evolution based on production rules, improved the self?regulation mechanism significantly, while local apperceive interaction could sense disturbances and interactively communicate with virtual agents nearby with the help of artificial potential field. Finally, the implementation of IVA System demonstrated that the IVA framework was practicable.
