많은 사람들이 스마트폰을 사용하면서 정보의 공유가 활발해지고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 정보를 공유하는 스마트폰 애플리케이션이 늘어나고 있으며 안전에 관한 애플리케이션 또한 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 대부분의 안전에 관한 애플리케이션은 위험, 안전에 대한 정보를 일방적으로 제공하는 경우가 많으며 그마저도 오래된 정보를 제공하여 사용자들이 안전과 관련하여 제대로 된 도움을 받기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 사용자들이 직접 위험, 안전 정보들을 등록하고 이를 실시간으로 공유하는 안전정보 공유 서비스를 제안한다. 안전정보 공유 서비스는 사용자들이 공유한 위험지역의 정보들을 실시간으로 공유하고 클러스터링하여 어느 지역이 위험한지 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 사용자가 위치한 곳 근방에 위험 지역이 포함되어 있을 경우 알림을 주어 사용자가 위험요소를 피해갈 수 있도록 돕는다. 안전 지역 역시 사용자들이 공유할 수 있도록 하여 기존의 지도 상에 표시되지 않았던 경비실, 보안실 등에서도 쉽게 도움을 얻을 수 있도록 지원한다. 본 서비스를 통하여 사용자들이 최신의 안전 정보들을 이용하여 보다 더 안전한 생활을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

(English Abstract) |
As many people use smartphones, sharing information becomes more active. With this trend, more smartphone applications are sharing information, and security applications are also increasing. However, most of security applications provide old information in unilateral way, so that users get difficulty to request proper help in safety. In this paper, we propose a safety information sharing service in which users directly register dangerous information and share those information in real time. Our safety information sharing service clusters information of dangerous areas so that users are able to see the dangerous map, and allows users to easily share information of dangerous areas shared by other users in real time. It also provides alerts when dangerous areas are included near the user's location helping users to avoid the possible risks. Information about safety areas can be shared by users so that they can easily get help from security and security rooms that were not displayed on the map. Through this service, users will be able to live a safer life by using the latest safety information.
