한글내용 (Korean Abstract)	본 논문에서는 기존의 ISO/IEC 18000-7 등의 규격에서 제시하고 있는 태그 수집 알고리즘을 개선하여 리더기의 태그 수집 시간을 대폭 감소시킨 저전력 능동형 RFID 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 건설현장과 같은 대규모 인원의 출입현황을 실시간 확인하는 시스템에 적용할 수 있도록 적용환경에 따른 시스템의 요구조건을 정의하고 분석하여 능동형 RFID 태그의 동작에 따른 전력소모유형을 구분하고 이를 기반으로 한 정확한 배터리 수명을 계산하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한, 제시된 계산 모델을 이용하여 능동형 RFID태그의 배터리 수명을 예측할 수 있게 함으로서 기존방식과 제안된 방식의 배터리 소비전력을 산출하여 능동형 태그의 수명을 예측하고 비교하였다.
영문내용 (English Abstract)	In this study an active RFID system of low power consumption is proposed, for which we improved the tag collection algorithm of ISO/IEC 18000-7 standard and significantly reduced the tag collection time. We classified the type of power consumption according to the operating mode of active RFID and proposed the method which can accurately estimate battery life time. By calculating the power consumptions of proposed and current methods, we can compare the battery life times of both methods. Through this analysis we can demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method in battery life time.
