In this paper, we propose an app to monitor with disabled and elders’ emergencies such as human fall and abnormal heartbeat using sensors. This android application utilizes a pulse sensor, acceleration sensor, abnormal heartbeat detection algorithm, and fall detection algorithm to identify the emergency situations, then make an alert and emergency phone call. It contains the most needed features voted by people with disabilities. This application could be extended to meet the requirements of a different group of user. |
