(English Abstract)
A video annotation system used to generate ground truth (GT) data for intelligent closedcircuit television (CCTV) abnormal situation recognition should satisfy the massiveness, diversity, and detail of the previous video annotation system. In the previous research, we proposed INHA video annotation system (INHA-VAS), which automatically generates annotations by linking third-party detectors through interface files for the purpose of satisfying massiveness and diversity. However, since INHA-VAS requires excessive effort in linking with third-party detectors and does not satisfy the detail, the INHA-VAS Application Programming Interface (API) that minimizes the annotator's effort and supports detail through an image detector is proposed. The result of the validation experiment of the API, showed that the INHA-VAS API linked the third-party detector more easily. In addition, INHA-VAS using INHA-VAS API satisfies the need for massiveness, diversity, and detail, so that INHA-VAS is a video annotation system suitable for generating GT data for event recognition.
