Ubiquitous home network enables to access the network at anytime, anywhere, and any devices. This network access provides the environment to use desired content at anytime. Especially, in the convergence home network of wire and wireless, because several devices will be used and seamless usage of the content over the home network is guaranteed, the possibility of the illegal distribution of the digital content is very high. In this paper, we supposed ther definition of the actors and architecture of the home network DRM (Digital Rights Management) to prevent illegal distribution and ensure the content usage of a legal user in the home network.
