³í¹®¿¡¼­´Â ´ÜÀÏ PLLÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© 400MHz ´ë¿ªÀÇ Æ®·£½Ã¹ö¸¦ ±¸ÇöÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀϹÝÀûÀÎ Æ®·£½Ã¹öÀÇ °æ¿ì, ¼Û¼ö½ÅºÎ¿¡ °¢°¢ ÇÑ °³ÀÇ PLL°ú ¼ö½ÅºÎ¿¡ 2´ÜÀÇ ¹Í¼­¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ±¸ÇöµÇ¾îÁø´Ù. (English Abstract)
This paper studies about design of a transceiver using a single PLL. The transceiver has bandwidth of 424.7 ~ 424.95 MHz and the communication method used 21 channels 12.5 KHz channel bandwidth and FSK modulation/demodulation method. Also, we designed low power wire1ess transceiver for data transmission using a single PLL. Finally, the transceiver set achieves the following characteristics : 8.l5dBm output power, 45.97dBc spurious property
