ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î Wilkinson power dividerÀÇ ´ë¿ªÆøÀº ÃÖ´ë 18%ÀÌ°í 90¡Æ hybrid couplerÀÇ ´ë¿ªÆøÀº ÃÖ´ë 10%À̱⠶§¹®¿¡ ±âÁ¸ six-port Á¦À۽à 10 % ¹Ì¸¸ÀÇ ´ë¿ªÆ¯¼ºÀ» °®´Â´Ù. º» ³í¹®¿¡¼­´Â ´ë¿ªÆøÀÌ 33 %ÀÎ 2 ´Ü Wilkinson power divider¿Í 15 % ´ë¿ªÆø Çâ»óÀ» °®´Â Á¤ÇÕµÈ 90o hybrid coupler¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© six-port À§»ó »ó°ü±â¸¦ Á᫐ ÁÖÆļö 2.5 GHz¿¡¼­ ¼³°è ¹× Á¦ÀÛÇÏ¿´´Ù. (English Abstract)
The general six-port phase correlator is comprised of a Wilkinson power divider and three 90¡Æ hybrid coupler, which has less than 10 % bandwidth. In this paper, the six-port phase correlator using two section power divider has 33 % bandwidth and external matching 90¡Æ hybrid coupler with 15 % bandwidth was designed at the center frequency of 2.5 GHz. The simulation result by ADS2003A indicates that RF port and LO port of proposed six-port phase correlator got wide frequency bandwidth of 14 % for VSWR of 1.5. The fabricated six-port phase correlator has a bandwidth of 12 % similar to the simulation result. The maximum phase discrepancy and insertion loss are 6¡Æ and 2.5 dB over a bandwidth, respectively.
