한글내용 (Korean Abstract)	본 논문은 대한민국의 ‘자동차 요일제 특별계약’에서 사용 중인 기존 운행정보 시스템에서 사용자(보험 계약자)가 OBD 단말기(개인용 운행정보확인장치) 설치 중 잦은 탈착 과정에서 발생하는 문제점들을 해결하고자, 스마트폰과 WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network)을 이용하여 무선으로 운행정보를 보내 탈착 과정을 생략할 수 있는 자동차 운행정보 시스템설계에 관한 연구내용을 다룬다.
영문내용 (English Abstract)	‘No-Automobile driving Day' is one of Special option of Automobile Insurance in Republic of Korea. It option is used a system for collect to automobile driving information. However, Its system gives discomfort to users of this system. A Discomfort of this system to users is the OBD device's(Personal Car Driving Check Device) installation. A frequent installation of this device provides this OBD device's breakage to the users of this system. In this paper, for a solve this problem, studied new system design to supplement the existing system using Smartphone and WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network).
