텍스처 전이 기법은 대상 영상에 입력 영상의 텍스처를 전이하는 방법으로, 입력 영상의 예술적 스타일을 대상 영상에 전이하는 용도로도 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 입력 영상의 텍스처 뿐만 아니라 색상의 패턴도 함께 고려한 텍스처 전이 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 입력 영상으로 부터 주변 색상과의 차이에 기반한 색상의 패턴을 분석하고, 입력 영상으로부터 최적의 후보를 탐색한다. 이를 통해, 기존의 텍스처 전이 연구들의 한계를 극복하여, 대상 영상의 원 색상을 보존하면서, 입력 영상의 텍스처와 색상 패턴을 효과적으로 전이한다.

(English Abstract) |
Texture transfer is a method to transfer the texture of an input image into a target image, and is also used for transferring artistic style of the input image. In this study, we propose a new technique considering not only the texture but also the colors patterns of the input image. Our method analysis the colors patterns based on the difference between neighbors, and search the best pixels in the candidates set in the input image. By using this method, we overcome the limitation of previous studies, and successfully transfer the texture and the colors patterns of the input image while maintaining the original colors of the target image.
