싱글 사인온 방법은 복수개의 어플리케이션 시스템에 한 번의 로그인으로 접속을 할 수 있기 때문에, 사용자가 가장 효율적으로 로그인할 수 있는 방법 중 하나이다. 여러 개의 시스템에 한번의 인증으로 접속할 수 있는 편리성 때문에 다양한 방식의 싱글 사인온 관련 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존 연구에서 다양한 싱글 사인온 모델이 제안되었으나 웹기반 서비스와 클라이언트 프로그램기반 서비스 모두에 적용할 수 없으며, 포탈/미들웨어 서버에 접속 후 싱글 사인온이 제공되는 제약이 있다. 또한, 기존 방법은 엔터프라이즈 환경에 적용 가능한 수준의 토큰 검증 알고리즘이 없거나, 서비스 간 연동이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 레지스트리를 이용한 웹 서비스기반 싱글 사인온 방법을 제안하여 기존의 제약 사항을 극복하고, 엔터프라이즈 환경에 적용하여 검증하였다.

(English Abstract) |
A single sign-on (SSO) method is one of the most efficient authentication strategies for using web applications efficiently because users can sign in to all related services with only one-time authentication. Since SSO reduces the number of logins, several approaches related to SSO have been proposed during the past several years. However, existing schemes do not support general application systems for both web browser-based services and client program-based services. Thus, their methods need middleware or portal server to provide SSO. Moreover, existing approaches do not guarantee token authentication algorithms for SSO, and their papers need connections between the services. In this paper, we propose a novel approach of a SSO method through registry and web service methods that support general application systems without these existing limitations. Also, our method is implemented in an enterprise environment.
