임상시험 설계 모델을 정의한 TDM 표준에서는 임상시험 진행계획을 시각적으로 표현하는 TDM 그래프를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 GUI 기반으로 TDM 그래프를 편집하는 임상시험 설계 도구를 구현한다. 구현한 TDM 그래프 편집기는 간선의 생성 혹은 변경 시 간선의 유형에 따라 시스템이 가능한 후보 정점들을 추천하는 새로운 그래프 편집 방식을 사용한다. 후보 정점들은 TDM 그래프에 대한 무결성 규칙을 적용하여 추천한다. 이러한 추천 기반 방식을 통해 의미적으로 무결한 TDM 그래프의 생성을 보장한다.

(English Abstract) |
The TDM standard describing a clinical trial design model provides the TDM graph which visualizes a processing schedule of a clinical trial. In this paper, we present a GUI-based clinical trial design tool that edits the TDM graph. Our TDM graph editor presents a novel graph editing scheme, in which the editor recommends a set of candidate vertices based on an edited arc type. The candidate vertices are computed by applying predefined integrity rules on the TDM graph. Through our recommendation method, we can guarantee construction of a semantically error-free TDM graph.
