BCI(brain computer interface)´Â µÎ³úÀÇ È°¼ºÈ­·Î ¹ß»ýµÇ´Â ³ú ½ÅÈ£¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÄÄÇ»ÅÍ ¶Ç´Â ¿ÜºÎ ÀåÄ¡¸¦ Á¦¾îÇϱâ À§ÇÑ Åë½Å ¼ö´ÜÀ» Á¦°øÇÏ´Â ½Ã½ºÅÛÀ» ¸»ÇÑ´Ù. (English Abstract)
BCI(Brain-computer interface) is a system of providing human subject the communication to control the computer or external device by using the signal from the brain activity. Word speller is commonly used to research P300 based BCI and common matrix of word speller has the problem increasing the execution time as the number of command becomes large. In this paper, we propose the matrix group interface generating the visual stimulus at matrices concurrently. As electroencephalography(EEG) measures the brain signal of P300 and electroocculography(EOG) measures the eye position, these multi bio-signals are used to detect the target letters and the specific matrix. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy up to 17% and increase the bit rate 2¢¦5 times compared to the previous matrix interface method when the stimulus repeats six times.
