(Korean Abstract) |
조기심실수축과 조기심방수축을 검출하기 위한 대부분의 알고리즘은 정확한 QRS complex, P파 및 T파의 측정을 필요로 한다. 이 논문에서, 우리는 복잡한 매개변수와 알고리즘을 사용하지 않으면서 조기심실수축과 조기심방수축을 검출하기 위한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 대부분의 정상 ECG 파형 뿐만 아니라 개인적 특징과 개인적 차이에 의해 발생할 수 있는 비정상 파형에도 적용할 수 있는 넓은적용성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해, ECG 파형을 각각의 단위 패턴으로 분리한 후, 정상 R-R 간격을 가지는 단위패턴만을 사용하여 기준단위패턴을 만든다. 그 후에, 기준단위 패턴과 각각의 단위패턴 사이에 패턴매칭을 위한 유사도 분석을 사용하여 조기심실수축과 조기심방수축을 검출한다.

(English Abstract) |
Most methods for detecting PVC and APC require the measurement of accurate QRS complex, P wave and T wave.
In this study, we propose new algorithm for detecting PVC and APC without using complex parameter and algorithms. Proposed algorithm have wide applicability to abnormal waveform by personal distinction and difference as well as all sorts of normal waveform on ECG.
To achieve this, we separate ECG signal into each unit patterns and made a standard unit pattern by just using unit patterns which have normal R-R internal. After that, we detect PVC and APC by using similarity analysis for pattern matching between standard unit pattern and each unit patterns.
