¿µ¹®³»¿ë (English Abstract) |
This paper explores the relation between computer user proficiency and satisfaction of computer performance. Though the traditional computer engineering society has focused on performance itself without careful consideration of users, there are opinions that users should be taken care of. In this paper, we evaluate the relation between proficiency and satisfaction with various viewpoints by collecting log through real program. Experimental results show that there is significant relation between user proficiency and performance. In addition, this paper shows how high performance satisfies users and presents regression analysis to find relation between proficiency and the number of inconveniences.
Based on this paper, we expect computer systems to better consider users through more collaborative research between computer engineering and business administration. |
