º» ³í¹®Àº À¯ÀüÀÚÁ·º¸ ÀÛ¼ºÀ» À§ÇØ ÀÎü¼¼Æ÷ÀÇ Y¿°»öü¿Í X¿°»öüÀÇ DNA¿¡¼­ ÇØÇÁ·ÎÄÚµå·Î ºÎÅÍ ÇØÇÁ·Î±×·ìÀÇ ÇØÇÁ·ÎÆ®¸®¸¦ °èÃþ±¸Á¶È­ÇÏ°í ºÐ¼®ÇÑ´Ù. ƯÁ¤Áö¿ªÀº ÃæûÁö¹æÀ¸·Î ºÎ°èÀÇ Y-DNA´Â O±×·ì¿¡¼­ O3a* ¹× O2b*ÀÇ ºóµµ°¡ ³ô°í, ¸ð°èÀÇ mtDNA´Â L3±×·ìÀÇ D*¿Í M* ºóµµ°¡ ºñ±³Àû ³ô´Ù. À̵éÀÇ °¢ Á¶ÇÕÀÌ ºÎ°è¿Í ¸ð°èÀÇ À¯ÀüÀÚ°¡°èµµ¸¦ ÀÛ¼ºÇÑ´Ù. Y-SNP ÇØÇÁ·Î±×·ìÀº °³ÀÎ °íÀ¯ÀÇ »ýüÀ¯Àü Àڽĺ°Äڵ尡 ¿ì¼öÇÏ°í, Y-STRÀº ºñ±³ ´ë»óÀÚ°£ÀÇ À¯ÀüÀû °Å¸®Â÷°¡ 10%ÀÌÇÏÀÌ¸é ¹ÐÁ¢ÇÑ °ü°è·Î º»´Ù. (English Abstract)
This paper describes hierarchically stratifying and analyzing haplotrees of haplogroups from haplocodes on the Y and X chromosomes of human cells for genetic and genealogical trees. The specific region is Chungcheong province, and the Y-DNA of the paternal lines has high frequency of O3a* and O2b* in the O group, and the mtDNA of the maternal system has a relatively high frequency of D* and M* in the L3 group. Each combination of these constructs a family tree of the father and mother. The Y-SNP haplogroup is excellent in individual biogene identification codes, and the Y-STR is considered to be closely related if the genetic distance difference between the subjects is less than 10%. The stratification of haplogroup with genetic haplocodes by DNA genetic testing enables to implement the scientific-electric family genealogy for the Korean traditional family tree enhanced.
