Linking vocabulary belonging to a concept word and Korean Wikipedia corresponding to an instance can be efficiently used in finding a proper answer as well as understanding a vocabulary in a QA(Question & Answer) system. We developed a workbench to construct a knowledge base for use in the QA system from Korean Wikipedia and vocabularies. The workbench provides vocabulary and Korean Wikipedia classification, retrieval, connection, verification, user management and statistical information to build a knowledge base.
