The word “N-po generation” is commonly used in Korea for repetition failure and frustration due to abandonment, which is established itself as a culture. To reverse this cultural trend, it is necessary to spread a culture that stops giving up in daily life. In Bandura's self-efficacy theory, people who have low self-efficacy easily give up their behavior. However, people who have high self-efficacy challenge something and continue to make more efforts to overcome the difficulties that arise from the challenge. Therefore, this study presents the development of a shared project application that can enhance the self-efficiency from the successful experience in daily life.
