E-government services can improve the quality of information supply and decrease the administrative burdens. Despite significant benefits from E-government services, the rate of citizens’intention to use these services is still the problem for governments. This study analyzed the factors affect to intention to use E-government in Vietnam and Korea basing on the IS success model, TAM model and Social factors group, then comparing the differences in intention to use the E-government services between twocountries.
