(English Abstract)
An automobile wiring harness is a part processed into wires, terminals, connectors, etc. for the purpose of binding various electric devices in a vehicle. It is mainly used to supply power and signals to various devices required to drive the system, including the engine. As the automobile industry recently shifted from internal combustion engines(ICE) to electric vehicles(EV) and autonomous vehicles, designs that consider not only coupling noise but also conductive noise are being made. So, the design criteria for wiring harnesses are becoming stricter to achieve a goal equivalent to a single device. In particular, as user convenience devices diversify various uses that were not previously available are applied, and their usage is greatly increasing. In this paper, we observe the distortion signal transmission form due to the influence of inductive noise on the adjacent signals gathered by the wiring harness during the unstable short-circuit operation of the high current control unit, which is represented by the injector of the engine controller. And we describe with focus on the improvement method of vehicle control diagnosis to overcome this.
